spotting

im on my 3rd day of the pill, and i seem to be still bleeding like brown and pink with little bits in it and just spotting now, and i seem to be itchy, can you help please? i worry myself too much , its my second month taking the pill after a month break

Anytime you're on the pill it's possible to have spotting and/or breakthrough bleeding. It's the most common side effect which happens eventually to anyone taking the pill. Also the pill will change the appearance, consistency and length of your period. So what you're experiencing is pretty much to be expected when on the pill.
