Pregnancy symptoms on the pill

I've been on birth control for about 2 and half years. Last cycle (which I started a week later than I should have), a week before my placebo week I started experiencing migraines, extreme fatigue and heavy cramping. My placebo week was supposed to start on the 24th of May but I started immediately with a new pack which I do from time to time because of my hectic schedule (I was told by my health care practitioner that it's okay and I do not get any side effects when I do). However my symptoms have gotten worse I am constantly nauseous, have painful and itchy breaths and spider veins on my outer thighs and sides of breast on top of the migraines and fatigue and having pulling like cramps . This has never happened before.

I took a pregnancy test on the day my placebo week was supposed to start and it was negative
