Stabbing ‘Ice Pick’ headaches on left side could be Due to Mirena?

Hi there. I had my Mirena inserted three days ago. I’ve been having bleeds and cramping etc but one thing that is worrying me are the headaches. Since insertion I have been having ice pick type stabbing headaches that come and go (pain for 5 secs then nothing for ten mins). Rinse and repeat. Could this be a side effect of the Mirena? Been to Osteo and had an MRI done so nothing nasty. TIA
