Birth control pills

If somone was pregnant and didn't know still taking birth control pills would they still get their period during the placebo pills ?

You would definitely not get a period because your body would be making the hormones itself at that point.  So you would never experience that withdrawal of hormones that causes the "period" each placebo week.

If you're pregnant, you are not going to have a period (even if it's during the placebo pills). If you are really worried about being pregnant, I suggest you take a pregnancy test before starting a new pack.
