Periods with IUD after 18 months

I have my hormonal IUD Kyleena since July 2020 and I didn't have my periods until January 2022.
Also, I've never had any period symptoms like cramps, painful breasts, acne, etc, since the first time I had my periods at 14, but now every months I have, and my periods last up to 10 days.
Do you know why it is happening to me? I feel like my gynecologist is useless. He says it's normal but I don't understand why it is happening now. I want to go back to nothing haha :)
