Low Hemoglobin, hematocrit, MVC, MCH, MCHC - misc symptoms?

I had recent lab work done and I have a ton of low results (See below).  Also, I noticed that on the United Blood Service website (I give blood) that my hemoglobin has consistently dropped since November last year.  It was 16+ and now 10ish.  Every time it just keeps getting lower.  I have had other symptoms noticeably bothering me like heart rate spikes 100+ (normally I'm around high 50's, low 60's), nausea, dizzy, heart palpitations, just general not feeling very good.  I have a doc appt but it is a bit out so thought I could get help.

Hemoglobin 10.6
Hematocrit 36.2
MCV 76.7
MCH 22.5
MCHC 29.3

High platelet count 502

Thanks,
Jo
