Repeatedly low MPV, what does that mean?

So I’ve had a number of CBC’s in the past several months. Every time they have come back completely normal except occasionally mildly low WBC (4.3 or 4.4 out of 4.5 being the cutoff) however the only thing I’m noticing I didn’t have before is my mean platelet volume. The range where I’m at is 9.4 to 12.4 and after three tests a few months apart I’ve tested at 9.2, 9.3 And now 9.1. Again everything else including red counts and platelet counts are 100% normal every time. Is this concerning? The Dr said they don’t worry about MPV unless you’re anemic.
