What is happening to my daughter (high WBC, high neutrophil, Low VT D,...)

Hello, my daughter blood work first result show: WBC= 12.4 H, Absolute Neutrophils= 8978 H, occult blood= 3+, Protein= trace, Leukocyte esterase= 1+, WBC= 10-20, RBC= 10-20, Vitamin D 25-OH= 24 L

Doctor send to do a second test, and this are the results: WBC= 11.06 H, Absolute Neutrophils= 8108 H, specific gravity= cloudy, Occult Blood=  3+, RBC= 10-20, Bacteria= moderate, Calcium Oxalate Crystals= Moderate

I have been refer to Urologist and oncologist. I would like to know what could be happening to my daughter? Beside this she has autism, getting seizures, prolong periods very painful too, hair thinning, and weight gain. Thank you!
