Symptoms of bone cancer include pain, swelling, and/or palpable mass in the affected bones. Weakened bones can sometimes lead to pathologic fractures. Other worrisome signs include fatigue and/or unintentional weight loss. Make an appointment with your doctor if your pain becomes worse at night or is not relieved by over-the-counter pain medications. Your doctor may decide to order laboratory and/or imaging tests such as radiographs, CT, and/or MRI.
