Hi there and thanks so much for posting this question! Yes my recommendation is that you need make sure you follow a safe diet and exercise plan that will guarantee success in your new diet plan. The safest recommended weight loss per week is apporximately .5-2lbs. In my book Super Body, Super Brain i recommend a realy safe effective way. You need to make sure you do gradual changes start cutting down portions and make sure you are consuming less than your BMR The BMR Calculator will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day. How many calories your body needs at rest to function- you can see yours here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

Then start concentrating in reducing carbohydrates, increase protein, reduce sugars, no juices, drinks, just plain water, no desserts or if you ened to have just have a small taste-think of tasting the food and not eating it and eat whenever you are hungry but stop when you are satisfied.

Have plenty of vegetables, fruits and fiber and also try to meditate before every meal and make sure you are not falling into what is called emotional eating where people eat without even noticing and end up eating too many calories per meal

Then add a Physical strength training workout that will help you when you lose the weight to not fluctuate-If you jsut do cardio and burn calories you may fall into the yo yo diets putting more weight back on. Add strength training into your routine like i propose with my program Super Body, SUper Brain and increase lean muscle mass while reducing body fat-then your vody will not fluctuate.

I hope this helps and if not you can email me for more information
thanks!
