4 x 5 mm aneurysm in the right ICA of the supraclinoid segment

Hi, not sure if I am posting in the correct place as I just signed up. Can anyone tell me if they have any knowledge of a 4 x 5 mm aneurysm in the supraclinoid segment of the right ICA with extension into the suprasellar cistern??  I have not seen a neurosurgeon as of yet as have only just received diagnosis via MRI.
Does anyone know if this could be a watch and wait situation or if the only option is surgery?
My Uncle died of a ruptured aneurysm in the same area as mine before he reached hospital.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Sandy.
