Carotid artery extradural aneurysm. 3mm

I was incidentally diagnosed with a 3 mm aneurysm in the internal carotid artery in the brain (extradural). I haven't seen a neurologist yet. I initially went for a test for my pulsatile tinnitus. This was a fluke finding. I'm really scared. I'm just 30, no High BP and never smoked. What are the chances of the aneurysm remaining the same size? What will the doc say? Any reassurance will be good.
Also, I have zero symptoms and no family history. Could
This be congenital ?
