Chronic ischemia? How do you get that from being beat in the head

Okay I am so confused I've had these pains in my head in one specific area I thought it was a tumor at first because it feel like worms moving around in my head I can physically feel them when I pass my finger over they would physically swell and I would get more and more confused as a swelling continued and the pain was there bad I get lost forget what I'm doing sick to my stomach dizziness white something ischemia chronic ischemia migraine headaches I've never had a migraine headache in my life this happened started after my boyfriend beating me in the head continuously in one I've had seizures and apparently mini-strokes I don't know I'm so I don't even know what happens to me anymore sometimes it feels like the ice pack being stabbed into my head and I don't know if I'm going to get stabbed once or 10 times in a row and it brings me to my knees I take Celexa don't really seem to help I started taking 10 mg of Adderall yeah if I take three of them and it helps a little I would forget sometimes out of the blue just I can't recognize anything if I'm driving not don't know where I'm at for a minute nothing absolutely nothing looks familiar for 28 years then all the sudden I recognize something you know where I'm at again it's really strange when you going down the road going my God where am I at panic attack kicks in and then boom you see something that's familiar and then you realize where you're at had to go 20 miles out of my way to go back 3 miles to where I live cuz I didn't know where I was at somebody help me out with this thank you spot
