Left-sided headache with dizziness for 2 months

I'm a 28-year-old female, always been in decent health. I have a history of migraines but starting back in March I developed these daily, pretty consistent pains on the left side of my head. Sometimes it feels like sinus pain, as I feel it in my forehead, cheek, , and behind and below my left eye. Sometimes it is concurrently at the back of my head, as well, which isn't usually sinus-related. I went to the hospital after the first week but the ER doc was extremely dismissive and wanted to give me a shot of Advil. No pain meds seem to affect these pains, unlike my migraines, which are usually eased with Excedrin or Tylenol.

Of course, with head pains unlike any I've ever experienced in my entire life, I'm very concerned that I could have an unruptured aneurysm or a tumor or something serious as the pain is concentrated on one side.

I'm considering going back to the ER soon (I'm uninsured at the moment so have no PCP) in the hopes that now, two months later, they take me a little more seriously.
