Prominent temporal horns

Both my 11 year old daughter and I have prominent temporal horns on our CT scans and I was wondering what the cause could be? Regular headaches and migraines were the reason for the CT scan. I also have Chiari but decompressed. It's hard to find much information online. Is this something that should be further investigated?

Hello, how are you?  Are there any updates on this?  I personally think you absolutely should get this checked out.  They can be a first indicator of hydrocephalus.  And it could be nothing, right?  (let's hope).  How are the headaches for your daughter?  by the way, we have a fantastic chiari forum and the community leader there is very knowledgeable. She aslso may be of great help.  I can link the forum for you but wanted to see if you can update us!
