What's my next move to make?

I recently had a lumbar puncture because I was experiencing pressure above my right ear when I would laugh or cough. The pressure in my head was up to 25. I didn't have a headache before now I have one all the time. It doesn't matter if I'm laying down or standing up. I've had an MRI, CT, and CTA. The only thing they see is a cyst in my pituitary gland. This isn't a headache. This is pain and pressure.
