What's these sensations in my head?

I got a cold wet feeling in the back of my head since yesterday. When I feel it, it doesn't feel wet, it's like something moving there. Sometimes feels like a pinching feeling or I been smacked there.

This week I have had this humming sound in my ears, like a kind of pressure in them too, and sometimes in the nose and head.

Had nasal drops and avamys last month for the second time, because I been having sinus pressure and tension headaches. He mentioned there was quite a lot of fluid in my ears and gave me the sprays for the second time.

I also got these feelings of excitement anxiety and feeling tired, fatigued and down.
Had CBT before and been feeling rather down and stressed lately, but not a lot.
If I overthink things my head starts to hurt. Right now I am not stressed or anything, but the feelings are still there.

I find it hard to think, like if i read, it's like I can't pronounce words, it causes discomfort in my ears and back palate.

I been having numbness in my leg and neck before, it's rather mild now, the doctor did a physical exam, but said there's nit much wrong but my muscles seem tight.

I'm not sure if I should get this checked, go to the it of ours doc. this weekend or see a doctor next week or ignore it.
Or what I can do to releive it. I had a similar experience same month last year that lasted for a month.

Hi,

The skin feels cold and wet feeling can occur on or in your arms, hands, fingers, toes, legs, feet, head, face, stomach, anywhere on or in your body, or encompass your entire body.

The skin feels cold and wet anxiety symptoms can persistently affect one area of the body only, can shift and affect another area or areas, and can migrate all over and affect many and/or all areas of the body over and over again.
