Why can't anyone tell me what's in my orbit and what's meshing with my dura?

Back in 2016 I was having horrible pain behind my eye it still hasn't gotten better just better able to handle the intense pain at the same time of this there was a small growth on the outside of my colon so I was hospitalized to figure out what that was in that time I went fully blind in my left eye the biopsy of my colon came back inconclusive with inflammation and mixed proteins I had regained my vision a week later just had a lazy eye for a few months turns out a
I also have a growth in my orbit and its meshed into my dura as well I had brain surh surgery to biopsy it and same results as my colon inconclusive with inflammation and mixed proteins but not 1 of the 37 specialists can tell me anything about it they just kinda stopped trying after the test came back inconclusive from what I do know its not an infection steroids make it worse and its extremely horribly painful some days I cant even lift my head up im now going blind in my left eye and I have nerve damage to my optic nerve other then this they won't tell me anything more oh and its inoperable and other then the biopsy no one else will go near it... Please help
