My head has hurt for a week after throwing up. Do I need to see a doctor?

I woke up In the middle of the night a week ago. I was dry heaving and could not throw up successfully.  While trying to get sick I felt my head start to hurt.  Maybe from straining.
The next morning my wife noticed that I had busted blood vessels in both eyes and pin pricks all around my eyes with a little bruising. My head was still hurting me. Two days later my eyes are a little yellow. It has now been a week and my head is still hurting and I still have busted blood vessels and yellowing of the eyes. Is this something serious? Do I need to go to the ER?
