1.2x1.2cm Pituitary Macroadenoma: will I need surgery?

My recent MRI report stated that pituitary macroadenoma  now measures 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2cm. The superior Inferior measurement has increased from 8x7mm. There is a mild impingement upon the optic chiasm by prominent superior convexity of the macroadenoma, which appears to be distorting the optic chiasm.

It is a non-functioning tumour and all hormone levels are normal. I have headaches as well as migraines and my right is becoming more blurry. Will I need urgent surgery or will I have to wait for 6 months for another scan?

I am still waiting on my endocrinologist to tell me what the plan is but I’m growing impatient.
