Acromegaly-like features, normal growth hormones

Help. I have a pituitary adenoma, high prolactin with  zero FSH, LH, TSH, testosterone and low ACTH. I have Addison's and thyroiditis and heavy brow ridge with the jaw of a man and my hands and feet are enlarged.  But my growth hormones are normal so the endos I  have gone to about this look at the blood work and think I'm crazy. They say I must have always looked this way in spite of pictures etc. Ive moved to this state recently so I don't have a history with any physician for backup. I'm frustrated and tired of looking like Andrea the Giant. I have scleroderma so along with microstomia and sclerodactaly I didn't need this too.  Well, no one does really. Anyone have this happen?

Your doctor should do a stim test. Have they done gh and igf-1? What time of day? How many?

Is your endo experienced? Gh and igf-1 can fluctuate as in they are pulsatile. In fact the blood tests can't be used to get the medication if you are low.

Your doc is not sounding like they are experienced enough. Find a pituitary center. Send a picture and they should take you. Do you get copies of tests?
