Is it possible that I have a brain tumor? On the side of my head by my. Right side and my ear I have 2 big lumps that are bulging out of the top of my head and they are very painful.

Hard to know until you get a MRI or CT scan. It could can be an acoustic neuroma. These are usually benign and located near there, but I am not a doctor.
