Did your GP do a routine exam? That actually helps - reflexes etc can get impaired if you have a brain tumor.

Headaches are a bother and even it is a neck issue, you should still get it treated - orthopedist, acupuncture etc. or start out with a bit of head or cold to see what works for you and get some relief.

I know everyone thinks they don't have the courage to face anything but when they do - they do have the courage. You find it. Everyone has strong and weak moments.

If you read up on a tension headache, what you have sounds like a tension headache. Of course, this is not knowing much else.

As for the signs of brain tumors - it can vary greatly. You did the right thing to see a doctor who could check. You can also see an eye doctor who can do the same thing since you say you are having vision issues to make sure nothing is wrong with your eyes or optic nerve.

Have you tried OTC pain killers, a heating pad or the like to relieve the pain?
