Do I have brain tumor?

I have been experiencing ear ringing, headache, nausea, fatigue, sleepiness, loss of concentration or focus in reading for a while now. Especially the ear ringing it's not stopping and the headaches is always frequent. I searched online and these are part of the symptoms of brain tumor. Is this why this happening?
I'm really scared now and I don't want to worry my parents yet about this

Your symptoms are not that specific.  I would see a ENT or neurologist specialist and see if they suspect a tumor. They can run a CT Scan to rule it out. They can also do an EEG to rule out migraine related issues. A lot of people (including me) have ringing in the ears and headaches. For me that is normal.  But since it is new you should get checked. Are you on any new medication?
