That depends and that is why the doctor (if you asked your surgeon particularly, better to ask the endocrinologist) has to answer. After surgery, things will settle. Depending on your tumor type, and where it lay and how much pituitary your surgeon had to remove... all that impacts your hormones.
You may have no issue, you may not be able to have children. I am blunt, but there is not telling now. Be healthy, take care of yourself and I hope things work out. I don't know what tumor type you had, do you? Did you get copies of your records and pathology?
Make sure you keep yourself humid. The easiest way is a bowl of salt water and a towel, heat the water (microwave) to steam and put towel over head and steam yourself often to open yourself up.
What they don't tell you after surgery is that scabs the size of your finger may drop out of your head at random times and it makes you feel like choking. So steam and be prepared to have giant things drop.
If you feel a sneeze or cough, open your mouth, so keep a towel with you to sneeze or cough on. If you sneeze or cough, you can get another csf leak.
Take care and rest, and hopefully the meds kick in soon.
