Head pressure on both sides

I am a 30 yr old male, relatively good health. for the past 2 1/2 months I have been getting these headaches. At first they started as sharp pain on sides and front they have lessened and are now only on my sides just above the temple area. they do not happend when I sleep or when I am actively doing something. They occur when I am chilling watching tv, or just sitting on the couch. i also was experiencing abdominal pains in my upper ab area, but has since gone away. Oh and this may help as well. My wife is currently pregnant in the 3rd trimester. Could this be couvade syndrome (sympathy pains) or could this be something neurological? Please help. I am not seeing double or have had any seizures

Tension headache? Are they helped by aspirin or OTC medications? Are you under the care of a doctor so that you can get a check up?
