Help me make sense of my symptoms, could it be brain cancer?

PC: 24yr female, presents with a 2-3 month history of LOC with persistent headache, visual disturbance, intermittent vomiting, dizziness and fatigue.

HPC: Increasingly over the last 9 months to a year have had worsening and change in my migraines and felt more nauseous and dizzy. In the last 3 months I have had over 15 episodes of LOC, before falling unconscious i feel hot, sick, vision and hearing goes, last for 3-5 minutes, awake not realising the passing of time, with a worsening head and 3-4 bouts of vomiting and fatigue. Visually - 70% of the time it is blurry, unfocused, and see flashing and lines - and like looking high contrast and with intermittent tinnitus in my ears. I have hug memories gaps prior to these episodes sometimes with weeks missing completely from my memory. I try to write things down in order to look back over things.

PMH: CLE, SLE, rheumatic valves, raynauds, APS, migraines, recurrent pneumonia, postural HTN.

DAH: nil effective, take 1-2 paracetamol sometimes. NKDA but bad reaction to nifedipine/amlodipine/pizotifen/codeine

FH: Paternal aunt - coeliac disease, ME. Paternal grandma - food allergies, bowel removal. Paternal uncle - bowel ressection. Maternal family - HTN, migraines, preeclampsia, breast/lung/skin/brain cancers.

SH: tee total, no rec drugs, live in a flat, drive

Hopefully someone can help as my GP isn't taking any of it seriously. I just feel not myself at all.
