Horrible headaches

I am a 35 year old female, I weigh 170, 5'9". I have 4 daughters 13, 11, 9, 6.  14 years ago I had an MRI and it. Showed I had an enlarged pituitary gland. I was unable to be on birth control bills, they made me very I'll. my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 7 weeks. My next 3 pregnancies were healthy with the help of progesterone until week 20 of pregnancy. I miscarried my 4th pregnancy at 10 weeks. My last child was born at 32 weeks .  My first successful pregnancy I began lactating at 20 weeks. I was always able to produce amazing amounts of breast milk. I had a partial hysterectomy (I still have my ovaries) 4 years ago. I have had headaches/migraines my whole life . Recently they have gotten worse. I have been diagnosed with sinusitis many, many times, I never really felt like that was the real answer. Lately my migraines are so terrible I am unable to even get out of bed without vommitting.  I also developed brown spots on my face a year ago . I am concerned and really don't know where to start can you help me? My current symptoms are Fatigue, severe headaches, loss of sex drive, visual blurs, speech issues, back pain, nausea, vommitting, anxiety,
Thank you!

Gosh, good question, where to start?
Your ruling out pituitary probes might be a good step since yours is sh owing up as enlarged.
I would ask your GP to refer you to a neuro endocrinologist. They are usually affiliated with Pituitary Centers at teaching hospitals.

Then they test all of your pituitary hormones to see where you are with those.
Low cortisol, thyroid, sex hormones, and growth hormone could cause your symptoms. So those are the types of things that need to be checked.the cortisol could also be causing the brown spots.

Does this seem like a good next step for you?
