Pituitary Gland Tumor - Are My Symptoms Connected?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what some of their symptoms were before getting diagnosed with a pituitary tumor, specifically a prolactinoma.

I am in the process of being diagnosed, I have had elevated prolactin levels for the past year. First reading was 37.7, second was 18.9, most recent was 28.8. My FSH and LH also shot up over the course of one year. My total testosterone is also elevated but Free was normal. I’m waiting to have my MRI scheduled to check for a pituitary tumor.

Has anyone had only slightly elevated prolactin levels before being diagnosed with a prolactinoma? I’m reading that typically a prolactinoma cause much higher prolactin levels than I’m experiencing. I’m worried this is a non-functioning tumor and that it could be quite large due to my many symptoms.

I have been suffering from intense head pressure and sinus pain for years, although ENT has said no sinus infection. I get headaches and migraines often, derealization, eye strain, fatigue, muscle weakness and body feels like it is made of lead, brain fog and cognitive difficulties, short term memory issues, increased anxiety and depression, mild menstrual cycle irregularities, zero libido, hot flashes. I have not had any lactation from my nipples which seems odd since prolactin should cause that, but my breasts do feel enlarged. And I cannot lose weight at all, I’ve been living on 800 calories a day for 4 months and only lost like 4 lbs. I used to be thin and gained about 20-30 lbs when all these issues started with no changes to diet and lifestyle.

Can anyone chime in with their experience? The weight and head pressure bothers me the most. The head pressure makes me miserable and I can’t think or focus. It’s painful and I can’t do anything to get rid of it, it causes derealization for me a lot, I feel like I’m constantly seeing through a veil or fog. It feels like horrible sinus pain.

I’m worried I have a tumor that is growing into my sinus cavity. Wouldn’t my prolactin be much higher if it was a prolactinoma?

Sorry this is so long winded, just hoping to get some feedback and hear eveyone’s stories.

Thanks!
