Procedure to detect what is in the brain without MRI as Patient has PACEMAKER

My grandfather is 85 years old age, having pacemaker. He has Solid and Cystic mass & extensive edema seen in right cerebral found in his brain, though not detectable clearly whether it is a tumor or brain metastases. He was diagnosed with thyroid papillary carcinoma & it was operated 10 years ago and a follow through was kept with the cancer center and he was cancer free. Now he is having a left sided midline shift of 5mm and small infarct seen in right caudate nucleus.

What should be done?  MRI is not possible as he has pacemaker.
