double vision

After having a migraine on Sat. ( I took everything the Doc had prescribed, in triple doses) because that only made the pain bearable next day feeling fine except for sleepy and drained of energy.
I saw two men who looked and moved exactly the same and had on the same clothes walking beside eachother. Nothing else was double. Then later had the same experience with two trucks driving down the road (really just one).
This didn't happen with everything I saw just these two things. Reaction to medicine, vision problem or am I going insane?

Thanks for the comment but you may have never had them but one could die from the pain of a migraine that size also. But I do appreciate your input

Reaction to medicine.
It is not advisable to take more than what you are supposed to take. One can die that way as the meds can interact with other meds or suppress breathing, etc.
