is it a brain tumor?

for the past month or so I've been having painful headaches headaches. I went to be seen and my doc said it was just tension headaches. Now they've changed in pattern and it feels like lightning is striking my head. I've also had a lot of bowel movements followed by an upset stomach, frequent urination,  altered mentality, clumsiness, forgetfulness, constant nausea, stuffy and running nose and back pain. The headache mainly attacks the back of my head close to my neck and so sometimes I'll get neck pain. I'm really scared, I'm only 18 but i don't know what's wrong the docs don't know what's wrong. Could you please help me

What tests were done? Imaging? Eval for hormones, migraines? ENT? Headaches are caused by so many things that you really need to cover a lot to know the cause.

With the other symptoms, have other tests been done, seen a gastro? Really your primary care doctor should be doing more.

I had a lump in my breast (painful) and then lactation another time all the while I was experiencing chronic fatigue... I lived with the chronic fatigue thinking nothing of it and had nausea and headaches off and on but they were manageable. The Practitioner wasn't going to run another blood screen or whatever on me to check my "prolactin" levels. My gf says no! Let's do it! Sure enough, it was abnormal and they ordered an Mri on my brain!?! I was confused, but the Pituitary Gland is up there and I was like "It's my breast?" It's pretty much what makes the hormones do their thing, so I get it now. Anyway, I get the Mri and unfortunately it revealed 2cm macroandinoma. Moral of the story is, you gotta be your own advocate and talk and if you can't, find someone to advocate for you.  If it's nothing, well its better knowing.  ;)

Docs ordered blood tests but found minor infection then when he ordered ultra sound for gallstones, they said everything was fine. I get frequent heartburn and the headaches still happen followed by back pain. Got a referral to see a GI doc but that's in 3 weeks tho. Thanks for the replies everyone I will make sure to continue asking questions:)
