operation a second time/pituitary tumor and pregnancy

I am 22 years old and had my pituitary tumor removed at age 18. Unfortunately it either grew back or part of the tumor was missed. I had a miscarriage a couple of months ago, and my doctor believes that it was because I stopped taking Capergoline and my hormones were so messed up that it was bad for the baby. I am very seriously considering  operating on the tumor a second time, but wish that I could be assured that this would solve my problem. Currently my hormones appear ok on a blood test, but I have severe acne and my hair is falling out by the handfull and I feel like my hormones are not under control. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is it worth the risks to operate a second time? I am so confused about the best course of action to take.

Have you had a recent MRI to see if the tumor has grown back?
