?'s about non-functioning microadenoma's

I have tried everything for anxiety, depression and panic attacks and nothing has worked.  I have a possible 4 mm non-functioning microadenoma.  My question is; could it be the source of the anxiety/depression/panic attacks, etc...  In most cases does the anxiety, depression, panic attacks go away once the adenoma has been removed?

i have a 5 x 4 mm----
I  have dealt with a life long business of darkness. but  honestly, i think blaming it on something is a crutch. counseling (without drugs) helped me immensely.

Yes, it could and probably is the source.
Yes, it does go away once it is treated/removed.
