Hello, i have the following symptoms: headache, throbbing in the scalp, loss of balance and eye strain. What could be the cause? i will be happy for your feedback. Thanks.

I went to a neurologist. He looked at my neck ct scan done 4 months ago for a neck problem, which showed most of the brain. Since that scan was normal except with sinus on the left,
he did not ask for additional imagining. He wanted me to visit an eye doctor. Eye doctor diagnosed me with dry eyes and prescribed eye drops, I am not sure whether it is due to the use of eye drops or not, my headache reduced for the last two days
