what could it be?

Hi, I am 15 years old and about a week ago I started noticing some things. Feeling little weird when moving around, like very slight vertigo, but I am not sure, because I only sometimes notice this. 2 days ago I noticed that, if i shake my head (fast), both sides (behind, not in front) of my head and in the back of my scalp hurt, but it goes away when I stop. I'm not experiencing headaches. And yesterday I noticed like my cheeks are bit numb, but I am not sure about that, I mean, do they feel like that all the time (haven't paid attention). In august, I had some inconviniences with my eyes (like there was something in both of my eyes) and sometimes my sight went blurry (like once a day in left/right side), so I went to ophthalmologist and was told my eyes are quite dry, so I started using eye drops and now seldom my eyes get blurry (but if they do, it's more the right one and when I haven't applied the drops for some time). I got new prescription glasses week ago (I think it started like day before), so maybe it has something to do with this. Sometimes I notice skin around my finger being yellowish colored, but that I noticed 2-3 weeks ago. Sometimes a random muscle twitches (like 30 seconds and nothing big; don't notice it everytime if it happens). I can't think of anything more as of right now. I have a tendency to go google straight away if somethings feels bit off and I don't hesitate to visit my doctor. A month and 2 weeks ago I was sick (it turned out I just had some cough virus) and my lungs were scanned to rule out pneumonia and I was taken blood and urine samples, which were fine. I'm worried that something might be wrong, but I don't know.

You can't be diagnosed on the internet. My best patient guess is that you have residual sinus issues. Please see a doctor and maybe an ent and get more information.
