Lump in breast

I been having breast pain in both breasts 12 days before my period . It lasts few days . It’s more like breast feeling heavy and sensitive. I never used to get that before .. I was on birth control for 6 months and I stopped two months ago . But for last 6 months, my breasts feels heavy . Fe days back, I felt a small lump above my nipple , more like near the outer area of nipple . It’s a very small marble size and it doesn’t move . I did pump when I had my first child a year ago . But I stopped pumping and breast feeding as I got dried out . Due to corona , all the doctors are full . Im scared of having cancer
