Cyst Remnant?

About 6 months ago, I had a cyst that had grown for two years aspirated.  The breast doctor said the fluid looked normal for a cyst and it fully disappeared on ultrasound when she aspirated it.  She was confident it was nothing to worry about and discarded the fluid.  I have had pain in that location since the cyst was aspirated, but I have very fibercystic breasts so they hurt all over at various times of the month, etc.  Although that spot hurts worse that the others.  I just had a MRI and the report indicates "late ring enhancement about a remnant 8mm complicated cyst at the site of previously aspirated complex cyst.  Correlation as to the cyst aspirated findings recommended."  I'm not for sure what to think about this.  I assume this means there are remnants there from the previous cyst.  Does anyone know if that is typical?  I am still waiting on the breast doctor to call to interpret the results for me, but in the meantime  I'm wondering if I am going to need to have this biopsied or of this is fairly typical and nothing to worry about.
