I have several lumps in my breasts and went today to get an ultrasound i'm frightened yet i can't talk to my mom because she is freaking out. so i'm pretending that i'm okay.

is it possible to have breast cancer in both breasts if i haven't told anyone about them for about a year?

If you have seen your Dr. and have had an Ultrasound then you are a wise young woman. You might read my reply to Natasha1611 early this evening. I'm not sure why you can't talk to your Mom about this but you seem to be handling it OK. Breast cancer at your age would be very rare and doesn't appear as multiple lumps in both breasts as a rule. I think you will find that both you and Natasha1611 have the same problem which is related to the hormone levels in your body.  Regards ....
