20 years old, with irritated, dry, painful nipples.

I’m only 20 and afraid that I could have some kind of cancer or non cancerous disease. For weeks my nipples have been itchy, but recently it gotten to the point to where, my right nipple is worsening and is the most dry, scaly one, with little bits of the skin actually peeling off to where I bleed or oozing. My left is still simply, dry and itchy, and I have history with eczema, but I feel like this could be worse.
