Black specks on breasts

Hello, I'm here cause I've run out of options at the moment.

I am a 25 year old female, I do not wear tight clothes. I have noticed about a year ago black specks like black heads on my areola. They scrape off but bleed and then come right back slowly. I've gone to the doctors and had multiple test only to be told that they don't know what it is.

I've had a biopsy and it came back benign but they didn't tell me what the biopsy said about what it is. It has not spread further on my left breast and has started growing on my right. My doctor refuses to book me an appointment to discuss my results.

I have been told I have fibrocrystic breast. As of recently I have been in an extreme amount of pain with my breasts and they have felt like rocks are piled in them. I am not pregnant and I have an old.

Does anyone know what this is or if anyone can help?

Hi.  This is on the surface of your breast?  They don't feel it is a dermatological problem or something even with say your hair follicles?
