Breast biopsy Results

My right breast biopsy came back showing fibroadipose tissue, and lymph node tissue showing sinus histiocytosis and reactive lymphoid follicles. Clinical Correlation reccommended. Now I'm being sent to a general surgeon. What does this mean???

I would venture a guess that the reactive lymph node would be the reason for the appnt. with the surgeon. He/She may wish to remove the lymphatic tissue in question. The adipose tissue refers to fatty tissue which would be of little or no concern. Without additional information there is no way to tell exactly what this may mean in your particular case but the Surgeon will correlate films, reports, exams and make the decision from there.   Regards .....
