Thanks ... this helps a great deal. You should keep in mind though that the terminology is a language meant for communication from one Dr. to another and those without the Medical Education aren't expected to understand any of it.  Hypoechoic means that less echos are reflected by the object that would normally be expected. Ovoid mass is one that could be described as egg shaped (oval). I see that there are 2 areas of cysts that are very small and seem to be clustered in both cases. The thin hyperechogenic pseudocapsule is a finding that in fairly uncommon cases may surround a malignant mass but this doesn't seem to be the case here from the Radiologists impression. As a rule when ANYTHING is discovered on Mammogram or Ultrasound it needs to be followed up to track any possible changes such as growth. This is especially important when there are no films for comparison .... these findings may have been present for a considerable time. but be sure that you schedule whatever follow up is recommended but the report indicates that all findings are benign in nature.   Regards .....

Hello. Sorry for being so vague. After this ultrasound I followed up with a doc that said it was questionable and wants me to follow up. I just wanted to define the terminology mainly. Thank you for the response.

We really need a little more information to give you a proper answer. This evidently is a very small part of some type of report of some type of imagery ???? It would help to know the type of imagery and the area of concern and the "Impression" written at the bottom of the report. Without further information one can only look up the terminology for the meaning of each individual word; this wouldn't show any relation to your particular situation and would not be of much value.
By the way ... your treating Physician should explain in detail the results of any studies that have been done so that these results can be related to your issue.   Waiting to hear .... Thanks
