Dark Brown bump on Left Breast

I am not sure if its a sign of cancer r inflammation but its dark brown and a bump, its very itchy but not dry just very itchy. I had past of these on my right breast but a doctor said it was an ingrown hair. It changed from brown to pale red and is not itchy but I don't know whats going on so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Female, age 21 not pregnant or active.

thanks but i found another bump under my breast but i think its a pimple, but i had these bumps for a few years also

Since you have had this problem in the past I suggest that you see your Dr. again for an examination. This doesn't sound like a symptom of breast cancer; especially at your age. Make that appointment and put your mind at ease.   Regards .....
