For breast cancer treatment
Hello..my mother had diagnosed breast cancer before 2 weeks ago.. tumor was 4 cm long and doctor suggested to remove the entire breast because it was involved in few lymph nodes..so we operate and remove her breast..after surgery the hormone reports are ER, PR and c erb B2 are positive and hve score 8/8 5/8 and 3..what are the future treatment for her.??
Is it curred by hormonal therapy or we require chemotherapy..??

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last week. Although I am not a doctor and don't have the answers for you, but, I decided to get mastectomy because I was in the process of getting a breast reduction. My other breast will be a reduction. For the question, ask your doctor because I was told in my situation I may not have to have chemo or radiation because they don't know yet. I hope your mom is doing ok.
