Hello There, I am 34 years
BI-RADS Category 4: Suspicious Abnormality
MAMMOGRAM FINDINGS:
The following mammographic views were obtained: bilateral CC, MLO, CC with
tomosynthesis and MLO with tomosynthesis. Computer-aided detection was
utilized in the interpretation of this examination.
The breast tissue is heterogeneously dense, which may obscure detection of
small masses.
Finding 1: There is an isodense, irregular mass with obscured margins seen
best in the CC view slice 20 in the right breast at 7 o'clock at a posterior
depth. This correlates with the mass seen on the prior ultrasound performed
on 09/22/2021. Ultrasound-guided biopsy is recommended.
In the left breast, no suspicious masses, calcifications or other
abnormalities are seen.
IMPRESSION:
Mass in the 7:00 position of the right breast, 3 to 4 cm from the nipple is
suspicious. An ultrasound guided biopsy is recommended.
