Hollow bruise with a hole

i'm not even really sure how to describe this but a few weeks ago I had a bruise under my right breast. At first I just thought that it could've been from the underwire of my bra. I did take off my bra and leave it off for quite some time but the bruise remain in fact it got worse.. At first it felt like it could've been a boil because it felt like there were something inside of it but then again it also felt like there was a dip almost hollow feel to it. Because I was currently looking for a job I had to start wearing my bra again. The bruise did however go down a little bit but that same odd to hollow feel remained. Just the other day I did show my doctor and they were unsure what it was and said to just watch it. Well today I was out gardening and yes I was wearing a bra. When I came inside to take a shower on the underwire of my bra was a lot of blood and what look like could've been Some sort of other discharge. When I looked in the mirror that Bruise had no deepened and color and there was a perfect circle small but it was there that was now a hole. I made sure to clean it very well but it still bleeds quite a bit. I'm very concerned on what it could be. Do you happen to have any ideas?

Hi,
This sounds like it could be a sebaceous cyst or an abscess that popped on its own.
Since the Doctor advised you to keep an eye on it ,I would go back to him/her to receive further treatment.
In my opinion you would need antibiotics and perhaps more drainage procedure to clear the infection.
Please call your doctor as soon as possible to  resolve this problem.
Take care...
