I explained "microcalcifications" in your previous post but will add that IF the biopsy returned a malignant report it would be a very, very early stage of cancer. There wouldn't necessarily be a lump/lesion/tumor in that case either. Regards ....
Sorry about that knew to these forums and cunfused on how to review the replys to my questions.
Thank you for your information. Again very sorry for the confusion on my part. I guess my nerves have the best of me. I am finding it very hard to think about anything other then my biopsy on Wednesday then waiting for the results. Thank you again for help.
I can understand how stressed you are about all this .... it's something we all go thru to some degree. I made that suggestion so that you would find it easier to read your answers and also for others who read the Forum to find some information that might apply to their particular problem. Please let us know how your biopsy turns out on Wed. ... the results may not be available to you immediately so there will be more waiting and everyone agrees that the waiting is often the WORST part of it all. I usually say betweeen 4 - 7 days for the final report to be available. Be sure you get a detailed explanation from your Dr. as to what it all means. Take care and stay calm (if you can) ......
I can agree that the waiting is the worse part. I am trying to keep myself busy with work and family obligations. I will be sure to let you know how my biopsy turns out. I am seeing my breast surgeon on 2/17 and will be sure to ask for detailed information on my biopsy. Again thank you for your encourangement.
Hi Japdip,
I had my biopsy done yesterday. The Dr. that performed the procedure said he thinks all will be fine. Said I should have my results by Friday lastest Tuesday. Thank you again for your information. Netty11
That sounds good ... hope you get your results sooner rather than later ... more waiting but you can do it !!
Hi Japdip,
Just received a call from the doctor my biopsy was benign. I feel on top of the world. Thank you again for your support.

You have gotten an early Valetines day gift in the benign determination of the microcalcifications. I wasn't so lucky in that on the right side i had cancer and they said that the microcalcifications I had could be cancerous when they did a radicale mastectomy on the right side and a modified radical on the left side . I did 4 AC chemos and 4 taxol chemos and now am on Femura.... take care and enjoy your good Blessings
slee56 thank you for your blessings. And I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts.
Thank you again,
