Mammogram

I had a mammogram 1 week ago and it was abnormal. These are the finding: I have a 3.0 cm architectural distortion and punctate microcalcifications within the middle 3rd right breast subareolar region. This area is present at the lateral areolar margin of the breast parenchyma.

A family member informed me that covid vaccines can cause a false positive on mammograms, I received my mammo 10 days after my booster. I'm thinking this what is causing the findings on my imaging. I am due to go in for an ultrasound and in a few days and I will get my results that very day. I do have history of breast cancer in my family and I also have heterogeneously dense breast.
