Should i Remove a Fatty Axillary Lymph node from my Breast?

Hi
i had ovarian cancer FIGO Stage IC 10yrs ago and i had surgery with chemotherapy
last month i started pushups and dips and started to feel pain in my breast but i started to examine my breast and felt something like a cyst but when i went to my oncologist she says that my breast is dense but she ordered ca 27-29 test and it came very high like 63000 !!!! i was scared and i went through another sonogram which shows the following:
"left breast (where i have the pain) there is 1.6x0.6 cm partial fatty replaced axillary lymph node.
the right breast shows tiny 1mm non specific calcification 12 o'clock position
there is no evidence for a dominant solid mass or cyst in either breast. No gross evidence of architectural distortion."

now my oncologist says i should remove them and i am having a Pet/CT this month.
should i worry about this? should i remove the lymph node or is it infection?
is my recent exercise acitivites caused this or because i just started 3months ago using progesterone (the phyto ones) and i noticed sometimes my breast will get bigger and like swelling and very sensitive!!
please help me on this i am sick just being afraid to get cancer again.
thank you

Since you are under the care of an oncologist, who is a specialist in these matters and has available all of your medical hx, current health status, test results, etc., it would be best to address your questions to her, rather than to volunteers on the Internet.
